What we collect
Information you provide to us
We collect information you choose to send us directly, such as when you email us, submit a demo request form, or submit a general contact form. This may include:
- Your name
- Work email
- Company name
- Employee count
- Optional phone number
- Any message or other information you include
Demo and contact requests are submitted to form endpoints used only to route the request to our team. We do not use these forms to add you to a newsletter or retargeting list.
Information collected automatically
Our Services are delivered through infrastructure providers (notably AWS S3 and CloudFront, with DNS managed outside AWS) and email providers (notably Google Workspace and Google Vault). Like most internet services, these providers may automatically receive or log information when your device connects or submits a form, such as:
- IP address
- Device and browser information (e.g., user agent)
- Request metadata (e.g., date/time, page requested, referrer)
We do not use this information for behavioral advertising, and we do not run client-side analytics scripts on the marketing site.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies or similar technologies for analytics or advertising on the splash page, and we do not embed third-party tracking scripts.
However, infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary logs or similar mechanisms to provide security, performance, and anti-abuse protections.
Fonts
Our marketing site serves fonts from our own domain. We do not load Google Fonts or other third-party font services on the marketing site.
How we use information
We use information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and demo requests
- Communicate with you at your request
- Operate, secure, and maintain the Services
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Services (for example, AWS S3 and CloudFront for website delivery; Cloudflare for DNS and form routing; Resend for demo request delivery; external DNS providers; Google Workspace/Vault for email hosting and retention)

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data retention
Emails: We generally retain inbound emails (including demo requests and inquiries) unless you request deletion.
Deletion requests: If you request deletion, we will make reasonable efforts to delete the email thread from our inboxes and archives (including backups/archives to the extent feasible) and aim to complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for legal or operational reasons.
Infrastructure logs: Website delivery and security logs may be retained by our infrastructure providers for operational and security purposes. We aim to minimize retention where configurable.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information (for example, access controls and multi-factor authentication for key systems). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices and requests

- Access to personal information you've provided to us via email (where reasonably available)
- Deletion of your personal information (primarily email communications), subject to legal and operational limits
- Correction of inaccurate information
To help protect you, we may need to confirm your request (for example, by verifying control of the email address used to contact us).
Age restriction
The Services are intended for adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact privacy@verdanhq.com.
